Do not use.

Do not use. Literally take a look at their Facebook page - there are just bad reviews on their posts, to the extent where they've had to limit comments. Use a proper company.

Edit: they claimed they have asked for my information but I do not see any mechanism on this website to facilitate this process. They have not made any attempt to correct this whatsoever, and the latest live chat agent I've talked to claimed that the issue is not their fault despite admitting that the three previous agents neglected to inform me important information or failed to do what they asked to do.

Chester was excellent !!!

Chester, the representative, was extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient walking me through the steps to regain service both on my PC and on my IPhone 13. He was terrific!!! This was my business account ,so time was of the essence to maintain communication both domestically and on an international basis. THANK YOU AGAIN!

It all depends on the agent!

I have been a Register client for long time-have had terrible experiences, bad and good. Most recently Sam (Philippines)was terrific. He was diligent, thoroughly investigated why there might be a problem, patient when my puppy knocked my hand and I had to sign in again. His concern for solution, me as a person/client was commendable. It all depends on the agent. Register's phone survey cut off so couldn't praise him.Highly recommend more attention be paid to customer service/agents -reward diligence!

STAY AWAY FROM REGISTER.COM…

STAY AWAY FROM REGISTER.COM WHATEVER YOU DO!!!! I spent a week trying to resolve a simple log-in problem. They are useless. Its ridiculous. I have tried multiple time to solve it through their chat, phone ... to no avail. I have never been so frustrated with service. And they've got my DNS so I need to figure this out. Kafka had an easier time.

Regret to use this service

I have asked to change my primary email and I live outside of the US. They asked me to submit a notarized document for that. It cost so much money and time here. And they are not willing to help. Every time I call their support, the priority is always trying to sell something instead of solving my problem.

Updated email is horrible

They forced us to upgrade their email service because of changes to the old one. The old one is reliable. The new one has been a joke we have been down more than online. We were out 10 days and had to call people and probably lost leads. Their C.S. staff are a bunch of imbeciles. If you can't understand broken English good luck. If you have them now I would be concerned. You now have a totally unreliable system. I see in reviews even though they have a crap product and service they do not issue refunds. Please really consider not using them.

Signature Spacing issue

Awaiting an email in order to correct the spacing in the signiture section of composing my emails. Customer service did do their best but unable to assist so issue has been escalated. All has been a good experience and I think this "spacing" issue will be quickly resolved.

Worst service ever... review from a long term customer.

Terrible service, pricy, on hold FOREVER with tech support. Register.com could care less about me, a customer who has been with them from the beginning.

I am the fool, clearly.
